I saw this article and had to share it. It's not exactly a solution to 15 passenger van, but somewhere that has to be a church board or group of elders willing to take a chance on this as the church's transportation vehicle.

To accomplish the Bat-look, Mark put on a massive back tire, extended the swing arm 15 inches, installed custom airlift airbags so the trike can be raised or lowered 15 inches, then put on custom body panels and neon lights. The best part though is the integrated iPad that connects to all the speakers and can send video or navigation to either of the two LCD side-mirror replacements. Alfred would give these upgrades two big thumbs up!
So you want it, right? For your late night crime-fighting escapades? “It’s not for sale.” That was the quick response I got from Mark when I inquired about the Bat-cycle’s price. But then he paused, smiled slightly, and added, “Well, everything’s for sale I guess — for the right price.”
